Love It, But Want a Different Pair?
We’ll swap it—no stress, no hassle.

If you received your sunglasses and realized you'd prefer a different frame or color, we've got you. As long as your original pair is unworn, undamaged, and returned within 14 days, we’ll gladly exchange it. Just email us at support@armdeyewear.com with your order number and the product you'd like instead.

We’ll take care of the rest—from sending you a prepaid return label (U.S. only) to making sure your new pair ships out as soon as we receive the return.

Return Received

We confirm your return within 1–2 business days of it arriving at our facility. You'll get an update from us right away.

Quality Check

Our team carefully inspects the returned shades to ensure they’re unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.

Refund Processed

Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Items That Can't Be Returned

We keep things fair—but we do have some exceptions.

We want you to love every pair of ARMD shades. That said, some items fall under final sale and aren’t eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Opened or visibly worn sunglasses
  • Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards or promo items
  • Returns initiated after the 14-day window
