Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order for shipping. Shipping is standard 5-7 business days (These times may be extended during holidays, launches, & special promotions).

Once the package has been shipped, responsibility of that package transfers from us to USPS. Once delivered, all lost or damaged items will need to be addressed with USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Please contact your local post office if you have any issues.

Please verify before checkout that you are submitting the correct delivery address. We are not responsible if your package is delivered to the wrong address. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you are responsible for a re-delivery fee.
